Wednesday 15th April

Today has been quite a busy Pilgrim Quilters day, with the coach trip organised by Lesley to visit the Lady Sew and Sew warehouse in Henley-on-Thames. Where we were hosted by the staff, learnt more about wadding and the variety of options available for us to use and well as an amazing selection of fabrics. This was followed later by our usual monthly evening meeting, which as programmed was a Stitch and Share meeting. The meeting incorporated a demonstration by Charlotte, of the Quilt as You Go with no hand sewing method, which created a lot of interest. There was also a very well stocked sales table from which members obviously increased their stash.
